The process begins with washing your hands with lukewarm water and soap, followed by sealing them with cold water to close the pores on your hands. Avoid using hot water since it dries out your hands. Always Moisturize your hands with a hydrating lotion. To keep a young, smooth look, exfoliate your hands once a week. Clip your nails, but don't cut them too short; smooth them with a file to level out the edges. You can follow the same process for your feet, and remember: when you use public showers, make sure to wear sandals to avoid athlete's foot and other fungus.
